Media Usage & Licensing

Ownership of Media

All photographs, videos, and other visual media created by Optics at Altitude, LLC remain the intellectual property and copyrighted work of Optics at Altitude unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Clients receive a limited license to use the delivered media, not ownership of the media itself.

Licensed Use

Unless otherwise stated in writing, media delivered by Optics at Altitude may be used by the client for the intended purpose of the project or property for which the media was created. Examples of permitted uses may include:

• property listings and marketing
• business or promotional materials
• websites and social media
• brochures or other marketing materials

This license applies only to the specific property or project for which the media was originally created.

Restrictions on Use

Media created by Optics at Altitude may not be used in ways that fall outside the original scope of the project without written permission.

Examples of restricted uses include:

• selling, transferring, or distributing the media to third parties
• allowing another business or individual to reuse the media
• using the media for a different property, listing, or project
• removing watermarks or copyright notices when present
• altering the media beyond basic cropping or resizing

Third-Party Use

If builders, developers, architects, marketing agencies, or other third parties wish to use media created by Optics at Altitude, a separate license or written permission may be required.

Portfolio Use

Optics at Altitude reserves the right to display media created during projects in portfolios, on our website, social media channels, and in marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Client Agreements

Specific licensing rights and restrictions for each project are governed by the written client agreement provided at the time of booking.
